Privacy Policy

We collect what it takes to send you a box and nothing beyond that. No advertising networks, no tracking pixels, no analytics, no profile built about you. We never see your card number.

While you shop. Your cart lives in your own browser, in local storage. It stays on your device and reaches us only when you press Checkout.

When you pay. Stripe runs the payment page and asks you for your name, email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address. Stripe passes those to us so we can pack and ship the order.

Your card. Card numbers go from your browser to Stripe. They never touch our servers, so we hold no card data that could leak. We see the last four digits and the card brand on our copy of the payment record.

Our server logs. Our host records the ordinary things a web server records, including IP addresses and which pages were requested. We use those to keep the site up and to investigate abuse.

The store has no customer accounts, so there is no password of yours for us to lose. We run no analytics package, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking cookie. Type fonts are served from our own site rather than a font network, so browsing here does not announce you to anyone else.

Stripe processes the payment and emails your receipt. Read Stripe's privacy policy for what they keep.

Carriers get your shipping address and phone number, because a courier cannot deliver without them.

Our hosting provider stores the order records on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it for anyone else's advertising. If a court orders us to hand something over, we will comply, and we will tell you unless the order forbids it.

Order records stay with us for seven years, which is what US tax and accounting rules expect of a business that sells goods. Server logs roll off within a few months.

Write to us and we will send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct anything wrong in it, or delete it. Deletion has one limit: records tied to a completed sale have to stay until the tax retention period runs out, so we will remove what we can and tell you what we kept.

Quote your order number and we will answer within thirty days.

This is a store for workplaces. We do not sell to children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13. Tell us if you think we have and we will delete it.

When this policy changes we update the date at the top. Orders you already placed stay governed by the version in force on the day you placed them.
