Terms of Service
What you agree to when you buy from us, and what we owe you in return.
Last updated 17 August 2026
Who you are dealing with
This store is run by Dohar Mart LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Placing an order means you accept these terms, so read them before you buy.
We sell to businesses and to individuals. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Ordering
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the goods, and until then either of us can call it off. If we cancel after you have paid, you get the full amount back.
Sometimes we cancel. Stock runs out between your click and our warehouse, a price turns out to be wrong, or an order looks fraudulent. We will tell you which one it was.
Prices
Prices appear in US dollars and exclude shipping. We can change them at any time, though never on an order you have already paid for.
Obvious errors are not binding. If a case of paper lists at a fraction of its cost, we will contact you and either honour the real price or refund you in full rather than ship at the mistake.
Paying
Stripe handles payment. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers. Your order confirms once Stripe tells us the payment cleared.
We charge what the checkout page showed you. Our servers rebuild every amount from our own catalog, so a tampered cart cannot change the total.
Delivery
We ship within the United States for a flat $9.99 per order. In-stock items leave the warehouse within one business day.
Delivery dates are estimates, not promises. Once a carrier has your box, their schedule governs. Risk passes to you on delivery, so tell us about damage rather than the carrier.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to send back an item in resalable condition. The returns policy covers how, and what we pay for.
What we are responsible for
We stand behind what we ship. If an item arrives damaged, wrong or faulty, we replace it or refund you.
Beyond that, our liability for any order is capped at what you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or other indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Manufacturer warranties belong to the manufacturer. We will help you reach them.
Using this site
Do not scrape it, break it, or try to reach parts of it that are not yours. Product photographs and descriptions belong to us or to the manufacturers, and are here to help you buy rather than to be republished.
Which law applies
Texas law governs these terms, and the courts of Texas hear any dispute. If one clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stands.
Changes
We update these terms from time to time and change the date at the top. The version in force when you ordered is the one that governs your order.
